Hi, I’m Mike, the President of TMS Engineers, Inc. I started TMS Engineers in 2005 to
focus on specialized traffic engineering services that are unique to our industry. I
have been happily married for over 35 years, have 4 children, 7 grand-children, and
when I’m not at work, you can find me in my woodshop crafting my latest design.

Hi, I’m Jerry. I am the Senior Designer at TMS Engineers, Inc. I have been with the
company for 17 years. My wife and I have been married for 30 years, our oldest
daughter recently got married, and our son in currently living in Cincinnati. I enjoy
spending time with my family, having a livation or two, and weekend trips to the
golf course or casino.

Hello, I’m Jason. I have been the Director of Operations at TMS Engineers, Inc. since 2010,
and with the company overall since 2005. As a child, I lived outside of Sydney, AustraIia.
My wife and I have been together for 12 years, our oldest daughter recently graduated
from Coastal Carolina University and our youngest is in 2nd grade. When I’m not working,
I’m running one of my 3 fantasy leagues or at a Cleveland sporting event.

Hello, I’m Andy. I have been a Senior Traffic Engineer at TMS Engineers, Inc. since
2006. I played football at the University of Toledo and I have coached High School
football in N.E. Ohio for the past 15 years. My wife and I have two children in High
School, which means we spend every weekend at tournaments for our kids.

University grad, recently married, and I enjoy hiking with my wife and our 2 dogs.

Hello, I’m Justin, and I am the Lead Traffic Technician at TMS Engineers, Inc. Most of
my time is spent in the field, so please slowdown when you see me. When I’m not
out in the field, I’m at the office lending a helping hand to all of our Design
Projects. In my spare time, I’m either hanging out with my 2 teenagers or with the
Stow Players, where I’m the Production Manager and a Boardmember.
