Preliminary Engineering Impact Study
An important roadway relocation project is proposed for Chester Road in the City of Avon. This project will provide a bypass around a highly congested area and create opportunities for land development. The City of Avon requested a traffic study to determine the effects of anticipated development with the construction of the roadway relocation.

Leavitt Road (SR 58) Corridor Study
The City of Amherst initiated an area wide impact study to identify the roadway and intersection improvements necessary to serve the existing SR 58 corridor.

Baldwin Wallace Master Campus Plan
Berea, Ohio
This Traffic Impact Analysis report has been prepared as part of the campus master plan for the college located in the City of Berea, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The primary study area for the analysis is bounded by Bagley Road to the north, Center Street to the south, Front Street to the west, and Eastland Road to the east. The study area is primarily occupied by Baldwin Wallace facilities and residential homes.

Brunswick Master Bicycle Plan
Brunswick, Ohio
The City of Brunswick has entered into a contract with the Northeast Ohio Area Wide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) to prepare a bicycle master plan. The work is being funded in part by the Northeast Ohio Area Wide Coordinating Agency’s (NOACA) Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative (TLCI) grant awarded to the City of Brunswick. The City of Brunswick has seen significant growth over the past years in both the residential and commercial development of the City.

State Route 97
Bellville, Ohio – Corridor Study
This safety study has been prepared at the request of K.E. McCartney and Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Village of Belleville. The study area has been limited to a 0.60 mile section of SR 97 which is located within the Village of Belleville, Richland County. The subject section includes the IR 71 and SR 97 interchange and is bounded by Kocheiser Road to the west and Alexander Road to the east.

Crocker Road & Clemens Road: Possible Alternatives
Westlake, Ohio – Corridor Study
The purpose of the study is to evaluate possible alternatives to improve the traffic flow in the study area. Five scenarios were analyzed. The PM peak hour which was determined from the traffic counts collected in the study area was the time period analyzed. The analysis was carried out using year 2030 traffic volumes developed from those used in the I-90 Access Study that was prepared for the City of Avon by TranSystems Corporation.
